What Information to Include in Your Report?

To help us process your report efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible:

• Patient details (e.g., age, gender, general health condition).
• Details of the drug (name, batch number, dosage).
• Description of the adverse event or issue.
• Date and duration of drug usage.
• Contact details (optional but helpful for follow-up).

Patient Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All reports were keeping confidential sticky  in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Your information will only be used to ensure the safety of our products.
